Knowledge Fund makes available the New Skills Fund established at ANPAL. Thanks to it, we finance the costs of training to all companies in the private sector that are members and who have requested them, through the presentation of Training Plans valid on the Company Training Account. The New Skills Fund finances the charges relating to hours dedicated to training, including the related social security and welfare contributions. It therefore allows the employer to reduce the cost of labor, while the costs of training remain at the expense of the company.
